The Day of the Seafarer was marked with the International Maritime Forum entitled "The Blue Future - Our Responsibility".

The forum took place at the International Congress Center Burgas on June 25, 2021. The event was attended by the Minister of Transport, IT and Communications Minister Georgi Todorov, the Executive Director of the Port of Burgas Diyan Dimov, the Regional Governor of Burgas Prof. Maria Neykova, the Mayor of Burgas Dimitar Nikolov, the Chairman of the Municipal Council in Burgas Prof. Sevdalina Turmanova and Ivaylo Ivanov, the Director of the Branch – Territorial Division Burgas of Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company.

The forum was organized by the Port of Burgas, the Bulgarian Shipmasters Association and the Shipposible Marine Consultants & Correspondents.
