On December 12, 2024 at 10:00AM a roundtable discussion will be held at the International Congress Center Burgas, in Foros Hall, on the following topic: Connectivity and Sustainable Cooperation in the Black Sea Region.
The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Bulgaria, in its capacity as a National Coordinator of the Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea (CMA) and the Marine Cluster Bulgaria (MCB) - the National Hub of the Black Sea Assistance Mechanism for the implementation of the CMA (BSAM).
The event aims to identify the challenges in the current state of the connectivity in the Black Sea and to address them in the context of the existing policies for improving the connectivity in the region.
The event also provides a platform for exchange of good practices and opportunities from other maritime basins.
The ultimate objective is to achieve opportunities for innovative joint projects and initiatives in maritime transport in the Black Sea and to establish sustainable partnerships for cooperation.

- identifying the current challenges and obstacles in the connectivity of the Black Sea;
- emphasizing the potential for innovative technologies and new energy sources in maritime transport;
- facilitating the exchange of knowledge and good practices from other maritime regions;
