The forum "Life and Career – Why in Bulgaria?" took place on March 26, 2022, at the International Congress Center Burgas, attracting immense interest with over 700 visitors.

During the first edition of the year, inspiring stories were shared by speakers with successful careers who have chosen to stay and develop professionally in Bulgaria. Among them were Dimitar Karaivanov, Darin Madzharov, Andrey Davchev, Genoveva Hristova, Ivan Georgiev, and Evgeni Borisov.

In addition to success stories, attendees had the opportunity to personally connect with potential future employers at designated exhibition booths.

"The goal is to motivate attendees to pursue their careers in Bulgaria and introduce them to the job opportunities offered by companies in the country. Visitors will receive invaluable advice from the professional and life experience of established entrepreneurs and business leaders. The message for everyone in the hall is clear – 'Find a reason to stay,'" shared producer and host Ivan Hristov.

As per tradition, the event was opened by the founders of the Bulgaria Wants You platform – Ivan Hristov and Andrey Arnaudov. After the official program, participants had the chance to meet the hosts and speakers in person and ask their questions.
